About Mojaximus

Mojaximus is a special form of consultancy for organisations and businesses wishing to clarify their working methods and improve their systems. The service has a particular focus on quality communication and interpretation. We don’t talk about profit and loss analysis, human resource tracking systems or market trends. We support the development of the deeper, inner solutions that lead to outer changes.

One of the few things we can be sure of in life is change. Not only change in one’s circumstances but also change in one’s self. Goals change. Needs change. One's being changes. This is as true of organisations and groups as it is for individuals. For this reason, the Mojaximus consultancy is not focused on the mechanics of operations or a set of calculations designed to analyse specifics. It is the kick-start of a new trend, where answers to key questions are continually re-sought, where organisations become ‘alive’ and vibrant ‘organisms’ that respond to their environment in revolutionary, evolutionary ways.

This consultancy supports the needs of the many, the needs of the few and the needs of one. It provides a thinking framework within which all the aspirations and changing lives of participants in any organisation can combine and both individuals and distinguishable groups can mutually support each other. This allows them to climb higher and go further with less struggle and more peace.

The service takes the form of a dialogue, initially with managers and then separately with staff. During the dialogue, a note-taker marks key new group understandings and, separately, action-points which will lead to specific group-agreed change in the way the organisation functions. These notes are provided to everyone participating and, if chosen, the entire organisation.
